Wow. What do you say about such an interesting & genius chef as cake chef extraordinaire Duff Goldman?

Besides having his own funky, creative cake shop paradise, Charm City Cakes, in Baltimore this culinary master has a new show on the Food Network. On Thursday nights make sure you have your TV tuned to the Ace of Cakes, I promise you won’t regret it.

A little bio on Chef Goldman: Duff has been in the kitchen since the age of four when his mom caught him watching Chef Tell while swinging a meat cleaver. Goldman stared working professionally since he was 14 and we haven’t been able to get him out of the kitchen since.

Just look at these amazing cake creations, how does he do it? From Starry Night, a game of Quidditch, a flower pot, an elegant wedding cake to an actual Canon camera, this chef can wield his way around sweets with perfection.

And I thought I was a master when I created that Elmo cake for a nephew!

Ace of Cakes,
I am a 4-H cake decorator and I saw an episode of your show a couple of weeks ago that had a weeding cake that I thought was amazing. It had a wine bottle on the top, a checkered blanket on the middle layer and some wooden slats on the bottom layer. I was wondering if you could send me a picture of it so I could attempt to recreate it for our county fair. I have not been able to find a picture of this cake on any of your websites or on the Food Network website.

Hey I’m Misha I live in West Virgina and I love your show I watch it everytime it comes on. I have done cake decorating before and I’m actually getting ready to do one for a friend of mine thats coming home from college. I would like to send some pictures of some cakes I’ve done. I would like to know what you think about them. My specialty is flames and flowers. Anything really creative I’m an artist and that helps alot of course. Alot of my friends say I should be a tattoo artist but we’ll see about that. Anyway, love your show can’t wait to watch it again.

ace of cakes is my favorite show i love it so much when im 16 thats were i want my b-day cake to be from a big standing up dancer hip-hop thats my favorite type of dance i dance like millon days a week and like i just love to do and dance and when i watch the show i see a hip-hop dancer doing a ecredible move i love it even know its not real (i want this to be read on the show plz)

PS: Anna is my favorite cake decorator,

I always wanted to be a cake decorator but I don’t have ANY artistic skills, ha, but I am good at “winging it” lol.I loove sweets and wheneverr I watch your show it always makes me hungry!
