Sorry folks, but I have to. Who lives in one of the following states: Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Michigan or West Virginia? Well, I am sorry to be the one to tell you this, but you’re some of the fattest folks in the country.

Sadly, the findings of the CDC & the BRFSS have revealed that Southern fried chicken has increased the waistlines of those in the states above by more than 25%! Holy moly jaholle.

Even though about every state in the U.S. has increased their belly size in the past 20 years, the Southern states are by far the worse. Hrmm, must be something in those famous casseroles of ours..
