Chili Eating Contest Anyone?
According to SlashFood Manuel Quiroz loves his chilies. Not only can the Mexican man ”down dozens of Mexico’s spiciest chilies,” but he also like to”rub them on his skin and even squeeze their juice into his eyes without so much as blinking.”
Now, I’m not sure why one would squeeze juice into their eyes, but maybe that’s some kind of delicacy I’m unaware of. Quiroz is frustrated that as of yet there is no chili eating contest, as he wants to be named the ”World Chili-eating Champion”. Makes sense, wants to impress the ladies I suppose.
But sadly, there is currently no chili eating contest so that’s why I’m suggesting that one of my chili-eating readers take on Manuel Quiroz in the world’s first chili eating contest. Who’s with me?

I am an Indonesian, it is far from Mexico but I am chili lover, I like chili very much, and I interest to know about chili eating contest in Mexico, and I like to join in the competition.
