Cookbook of the Day: Star Palate

I’m not really sure why, but apparently I have cancer on my mind this week, and anything that draws our awareness to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) can’t be all that bad, eh?

Today’s cookbook of the day is a real treasure. Star Palate is a celebrity cookbook in essence, which includes 72 favorite recipes with photos & personal notes by the likes of Robin Williams, Katie Couric, Jay Leno, Quincy Jones, Celine Dion, Emeril Lagasse, Bill Gates, Phil Mickelson, Tim McGraw, Andre Agassi & many, many more.

Evelyn Lauder, the Founder and Chairman of BCRF, even included her favorite Shrimp Salad recipe.
