We’re all trying to do without refined white sugar as much as we can, though it’s hard in this day because most of our favorites are still doing it the old way.
But not David Lebovitz! This clever chef has started using agave nectar as a sugar substitute. In his newest invention, Agave-Sweetened Chocolate Ice Cream, Lebovitz shows us how it’s really done. By using agave nectar instead of refined white sugar, he has transformed how much ice cream we can eat in one sitting! And isn’t that great news after all?!
