I love reading up on what musicians ask for backstage when on tour. From wanting only brown M&Ms to stipulating in your contract that you just eat bananas & honey, celebrities & the like go to extraordinary lengths to get what they want.
Take Diana Krall, when she’s on tour she sends the venue a wine list of wines she wants in her dressing room at all times. On the list, Krall has chosen Clos Pegase Cabernet Sauvignon, Falesco from Italy, D’Arenberg Shirz “The Laughing Magpipe,” Landmark Chardonnay (2001, 2002, and 2003) & about a million more.
I wonder if this would work for my boss? Just leave a note of things I have to have, like chocolate ganache….
