		<description>Try frying it without the flour or cornmeal.  Use a couple of slices of bacon, onion and garlic, salt and pepper to taste.  A dish to die for, my grandmother and mother fried it this way.  Continue stirring until the okra turns to a slightly darker green.  Wow, what a dish!</description>
