- 3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 chicken thighs, cooked & meat removed from the bone
- 5 slices white bread
- S & P, to taste
InÂ aÂ small bowl- mix mayo & curry together.
Chop the chicken meat & combine with mayo mixture.
Get your white bread & cut out small circles using a cup or a cutter.
Divide the chicken mix on top of each individual circles of bread.
Season a bit with S & P.Â No you have yourself a quick & easy treat.
