Foodie Blog of the Day: Mele Cotte Means Delicious Everything
I know, I know, it’s March & we’re concentrating on the best part of life, the desserts. But, I couldn’t help it, I couldn’t allow you to go another day without knowing about a special foodie blog.
Say hello to Mele Cotte, which to me means deliciousness everyday, but really means ‘baked apples’. It looks like Chris or Pebbles, who is a Southerner like me, joined the blogging waves just this year in January. As a blogger & educator, Chris brings us such goodies as Basil Pesto Pizza, Beet & Pear Salad & desserts that will add up the pounds just by looking at them.
One thing’s for sure about Mele Cotte & that is we’re very happy to welcome such a talented chef & blogger to the atmosphere. Here, here!
Make sure you check out Mele Cotte’s Hearty Lentil Soup recipe posted just today!
