You know I value fiber, so when I decide on breakfast foods, they have to have at least 15% fiber.

About thee months ago I hit a good one at my local Costco. I discovered Kashi’s Chewy Granola Bars, I like the variety pack. It was a great price & love at first bite. These granola bars from Kashi taste terrific, especially if you like almonds & nuts, and they are a great source of fiber in the AM.

I have been eating Kashi Cereals for some time now and found the Kashi Bars at the local Wal-mart and tried them. I especially like the chewy granola bars. they are quite taste and very good for you. Thanks to the company for providing consumers with a tastey and nutritious product.

Hi,
I have just purchased from Sobey a box of Kashi All natural chewy granola bars and I was dissapointed at how hard they were!
At first I thought that they were maybe past the expiration date, and I checked, but no, they are valid until 2009.
Very, very hard, they scratched my throat.
Too bad.
