I am also interested in any tips on achieving a nicely detailed and decorated cake. I bought this pan and my mother in law accidentally threw away the cardboard sleeve it came with so I do not have the recipe it came with or any care instructions. Is a "bundt" recipe better to use than a regular cake mix? And I am wondering how long it would take to cook!?

I used two brownie mixes instead of the cake mix. That way you can have a yummy treat and not have the frosting mess up the design. It turned out AWESOME, everyone loved it and the kids enjoyed it afterwards. Who doesn't like brownies! Just followed the directions on the box (doubled because of the 2 mixes). It had to cook for a long time, but if you keep an eye on it everything should be ok.... just my two cents!

I would appreciate any instructions on how to decorate the cake made using the stadium pan. Also, will a 2 layer cake mix work, or should I use a special recipe? Thanks for any help that you might could give me.
