This horseradish sauce goes great with roast beef, lamb or just sitting on a ham sandwich.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
In your blender (or food processor)- pour in cream.Â Blend on low speed for a minute to thicken.
Add blue cheese and green onions gradually, then add horseradish and mustard.Â Blend well.
