It’s really hard to balance your life, on top of trying to balance your families’ life on top of that. That’s what made me start to wonder how many of my readers cook during the week & how often.
Like tonight, I’m not ashamed (well maybe a little) that I’m a bit pooped & it’s going to be Asiago grilled cheese sandwiches & soup. It’s gotten pretty cold here in Nashville, if you can believe that. I’m just craving some good ole grilled cheese that my mom used to make on cold days before I set off for school. Brings back some good memories, you know. And besides that it’s pretty easy to whip up at the last minute.
But it’s really hard to integrate cooking into your daily life & who really wants to work when they just got home from work? I think I’m going to dedicate February to getting to know you, my readers, as well as coming up with some really quick meals for us busy folks. Really, folks, everything is about balance. Balance & sometimes juggling.
Please, you tell me- How often do you cook during the week it at all?

With two small kids, it’s hard to find time to cook. At one point we were doing a lot of take-out. However, that has become a very expensive way to live. So, we are trying to throw together something every night – most times it’s rice or pasta.
Dear J,
I really feel you on the take-out, it’s so easy to get in that habit & find out that you spent the college fund on food!
Hope you found some good quick & easy recipes here at bFeedMe.
Best of luck to you,
Allison
