It’s National Corn Fitters Day!

Well folks, happy National Corn Fritters Day!  Hooray!  Anything that celebrates fried foods, I’m all about!

If you don’t know what a fritter is, allow this Southerner to elaborate, a fritter is basically any kind of food that’s been deep-fried.  Which, in this case, is corn.
