Kidney cleansing drink
Suffering from kidney stones? Flush your system with this simple routine that many people swear by. Just mix equal parts lemon juice and olive oil about 5oz each at the first sign of a kidney stone. You can also add honey for taste. Mix well and drink.
Another more palatable option? Eat as many watermelons as you can! This has high sugar so avoid if you’re a diabetic — but it can ward off kidney stones or help pass a very large one.
