200g Mushrooms, cut into quarters
150g Bacon, diced
Â½ onion, cut into small pieces
Â¼ red chilli, deseeded and cut into small pieces
2 tbsp cream cheese
350g of your favourite pasta (shells, penne, spaghetti, it all works!)
1. Cook the pasta off. Whilst the pasta is cooking, prepare the other ingredients
2. Drain the pasta
3. Fry the onion and bacon off, before adding the mushroom, chilli and cream.
4. Add the pasta and cream cheese; cook through on a medium heat, constantly stirring to mix in the cream cheese.
5. Before serving, mix in a pinch of pepper
