According to a Harvard-based study eating oily fish in omega-3 fatty acids may help to lower your risk of arrhythmia.

By eating oily fish you may be improving the electrical signals that keep your heart beating at a regular pace.

The Harvard study also revealed that diets high in fish oil lower resting heart rates.  The study was based on data collected from 5,000 people in the US.

So keep taking fish oil pills & eating that salmon!
