		<description>Learned to make this back in the early 80&#039;s at french restaurant in Saratoga NY. The owner said to someone I know that I made it better than anyone else. I found this out several years later, it made more confident in my ability to make something taste good. Happy Holidays!Ps-Do you have a good dry rub recipe for pork and chicken with butter as a baste- we have family recipe that seems to have a westindies approach</description>
