Scrambled Egg Parfait with Caviar Recipe
I have to say, I’m a little disappointed in Ian Fleming’s scrambled egg recipe, I thought that surely James Bond would be cooking up some illustrious egg concoction. So, that’s why I decided to find our own illustrious scrambled egg recipe suitable for such a sleek character as 007. Say hello to this interesting & delicious Scrambled Egg Parfait with Caviar recipe sure to make a James Bond out of anyone!
Ingredients:
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. unsalted butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 branch fresh chervil
- 1/2 ounce Caviar
What’s Next:
Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in small bowl, and scramble with butter in saute pan ’til done. Fold with fresh chives and place in parfait glass. Garnish with 1/2 ounce Caviar and fresh chervil. Bon Appetit!
