For better or worse, a big part of eating healthy is going to be how well you stay in environments that are conducive to that positive behavior. In other words, if the places you go (like work and school), and the places you live, allow you to focus on nutrition, you’ll be that much better off.
To think about this, consider things like basic home climate, how to create an active environment for yourself and your family, how to pay attention to work and school environments with respect to food, why you should do things like eat as a family, and making sure that you avoid any obsessive eating behaviors.
