Having issues when you eat certain foods? You could be suffering from a food intolerance, or a food allergy. However, there is a lot of controversy when it comes to both of these topics. With things like Celiac Disease being more new on the medical docket, some people believe it’s not a factual illness (but those suffering know it can be extremely painful and intolerable).

There are some common food types that people are often allergic to. These are milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, wheat, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
