So rather than just parrot other sources, something that a female may want to do regarding the consequences of nutrition advice, is to see how changes in nutrition will affect other aspects of life.
Consider the ideas that the clothing you wear will change, how your sleep will change, how your moods will swing, how you need to be able to talk to you doctors, and the fact that your dietary needs will change – and then learn to connect all those ideas with food intake. [Read more…]
