The Beef in Guinness Crock Pot Irish Recipe
Are you ready for St. Patrick’s evening festivities? Well, go get your bagpipes and come along with me on this Beef in Guinness Crock Pot recipe. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2.5 pounds beef, your choice on the cut
- 2 large onions
- 6 carrots
- 1/2 cup dry cider
- 1 cup Guinness
- Bunch of fresh parsley
What’s Next:
Go ahead and try & find your crock pot under all the stuff in your cabinets. Good.
Add chicken broth & heat crock pot to high.
Cut the beef into chunks and place in crock pot. Add onions, carrots cider, Guinness & parsley.
Bring to a light boil, reduce heat to gentle simmer & cook covered for 2 – 4 hours, or until meat is tender & cooked throughout.
Now you are truly ready to toast the Irish, Irish style!
