- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2.5 pounds beef, your choice on the cut
- 2 large onions
- 6 carrots
- 1/2 cup dry cider
- 1 cup Guinness
- Bunch of fresh parsley
Go ahead and try & find your crock pot under all the stuff in your cabinets.Â Good.
Add chicken broth & heat crock pot to high.
Cut the beef into chunks and place in crock pot.Â Add onions, carrots cider, Guinness & parsley.
Bring to a light boil, reduce heat to gentle simmer & cook covered for 2 – 4 hours, or until meat is tender & cooked throughout.
