So, I’m interested in what my readers are eating these days. I know it’s darn near impossible to eat healthy every work day, but lemme in on what you’re chowing down on.
For the past few months I’ve been eating smaller meals more often, which was hard to get into at first, but I’m loving it these days. I usually start off the day with a couple whole grain waffles, then make sure I get some dairy, fruit, veggies & protein throughout the day.
But what about you? How are you managing your eating during the day?
