An Adventure into Thai Cuisine

Thai food has its own distinct flavors. Combined with beautiful presentation and the rich culture and history of Thailand itself, it’s not surprising that many people see Thai cuisine as a true culinary adventure.

One thing you need to know, though, is that there’s a big difference between authentic Thai food and the “watered down” version sold in many restaurants.  For example, you will see a big difference when you use powdered coconut milk (or worse, all purpose cream) instead of fresh coconut milk. So if you want to discover the true taste of Thai cuisine then go back to its roots.
